A studio property is available for single occupancy. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and lamp. The property features a private bathroom and kitchenette as well as a fully fitted communal kitchen with all appliances, utensils, and crockery. Disposal of laundry is not the responsibility of the occupant, but is instead covered in part through a communal cleaner who services the property every two weeks. Additionally, the property offers fast WiFi.
