The studio flat is available for a single full-time student. It has a large bed and a fully furnished interior, including a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, all double-glazed. The flat has self-contained kitchen facilities with a full fridge, freezer, electric cooker, microwave, and worktop. Shared facilities include a communal washing machine and a bathroom with a bath, shower, and separate shower room, which is shared with 3 other people. Electric is not included and is metered separately. Gas central heating and water rates are included in the rent, and parking is available on street with a permit.
