Land

The Masterplan area is approximately 112 hectares in total, with 100 hectares allocated for housing and 12 hectares allocated for employment. The land is located in Elgin, Moray, extending from Lossiemouth Road in the east to Duffus Road in the west, and bounded by Frindrassie Woods and agricultural land to the north. The employment land, approximately 12 hectares in size, is located east of Lossiemouth Road and is part of a larger mixed-use development at Findrassie.
