Manor Farm is a 292-acre mixed holding in the Lincolnshire Wolds, situated in a ringfenced area with internal access roadways, gates, and water troughs. The farm consists of pastureland and arable land, mainly categorized as Grades 2 and 3, with predominant soil types being Arrow and Wickham 2. The land is relatively free-draining, but some areas may have less productive soil. The farm has a range of general purpose and livestock buildings, including an 8-bay steel portal framed building measuring 120ft x 40ft, with mains water troughs and a corrugated sheeted roof. The farm also features a natural water supply from the historic river Bain and is bounded by the historic river in the north.
