Land

The property field is located on the west side of the village of Great Gonerby, north of Grantham, and is accessible from a farm track at the end of Spring End. The field comprises approximately 22.3 acres of grassland, enclosed by mature hedgerows and fencing. The field is not suitable for cattle due to badger sets and requires the fencing off of a Yew Tree. The land is available to let under an annual grazing licence and is accessed from a gate directly off the farm track.
