The shared house has 8 rooms available, all fully furnished with small double beds, wardrobes, study desks, chairs, and en-suite facilities. Residents have access to free Wi-fi, all bills, and a in-house laundry room with washer-dryers. The accommodation is a short walk from the Waterside Campus, and monthly communal space cleaning is provided. A premium room package upgrade is available with a smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, and kettle for an additional weekly cost of £10.
