The property is an equestrian yard with six brick stables located around a central courtyard, along with a secure tack room, ample lorry parking, and a covered horse walker. A 60m x 60m floodlit arena is also on site, featuring 15 training mirrors, Jump For Joy showjumps, and portable cross-country fences. Additional facilities, available by arrangement, include a solarium and grass canter track. The yard is secured by 24-hour CCTV and has access to neighboring equestrian centres, including Wellington Riding and Farley Hall, as well as all-weather gallops and cross-country schooling venues.
