The studio flat at the Filton Road Student Development is fully self-contained, with a wet room featuring a shower, sink, and WC. The kitchen area includes a fridge, oven, sink, and drainer, as well as cupboard space. The studio is fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, and drawers, and bedside cabinet. It also has access to a washer dryer in the communal area, and underfloor heating throughout.
