The building has 6 modern studio apartments, 5 of which have kitchenettes, and all have en-suite shower rooms. The studio apartments are located on three floors, with each floor having two studios. Each studio is bright and spacious, with designative areas for living, sleeping, and cooking. The kitchenettes have crisp white worktops, a gold sink, and grey cupboards, and are equipped with an electric hob, kettle, microwave, and under counter fridge freezer. Studio 4 has access to the communal kitchen, which features marble tiles, wooden worktops, and a mix of wooden and grey cupboards. The communal kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, washing machine, and tumble drier. The en-suite shower rooms have a hand basin, toilet, and walk-in shower cubicle, finished with gold tiles. Each studio also has access to the garden, with studios 5 and 6 having direct access.
