Land

The property consists of 6.65 acres of irregularly shaped grassland with mature tree belts and scrubland. The land is generally level and undeveloped. It is bounded by a wired and concrete post fence along its western side and has a dropped kerb for access on the south-western corner. There are tree belts and scrubland on the site, which is surrounded by residential housing to the south, the River Cole and open green space to the north and east.
