The private studio apartment is located on the first floor and offers easy access to the University, local shops, and transport links. The studio has a complete set of bedroom furniture, including a study desk and chair, and features a kitchenette and ensuite shower room. It also comes with a communal laundry room (payable per use) and does not allow more than one maximum tenant.
