The studio accommodation is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and bedside table. The kitchens are equipped with a single oven, 2-ring hob, extractor, and a fridge. En-suites have chrome shower cubicles and mixer showers. Each studio also has a wall-mounted TV and secure internet connectivity. Electricity, heating, and water are included in the rent, but not council tax or TV licence.
