Minerva House is a student studio accommodation located on Spaniel Row, a 1-minute walk from Nottingham's Old Market Square. The building is suitable for students at one of the city's two universities and offers an on-site Accommodation Team. Each studio room includes a modern kitchen, ensuite bathroom, and study area. Rooms vary in size and layout, and some can be occupied by two people (dual occupancy) with an additional weekly fee. The accommodation offers free bills, including WiFi, water, electricity, heating, and gas, as well as access to a gym, social area, study room, and laundry room.
