Tregew Farm is a compact Cornish farmstead with a total of approximately 89.37 acres of productive farmland, situated in West Cornwall near the fishing town of Porthleven. The farm includes a Grade II Listed, 5-bedroom farmhouse, with three reception rooms and a shower room/utility on the ground floor, and 5 bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. The farmhouse is currently undergoing renovation works, set to be completed by 2026. The farm has a range of traditional stone farm buildings, including a cart shed and block-built stables, as well as some modern storage buildings. The land is a single block with a track running through it, comprising mostly pasture and croppable acres, with a small area of woodland and steeper areas.
