The apartment is fully furnished with bespoke pieces, including a deep-filled sofa, midcentury-inspired armchair, solid wood sideboard, coffee and side tables, table made from recycled materials, and curved-back oak chairs. Each bedroom has bespoke built-in storage and a king-size ottoman storage bed with upholstered headboard, as well as a solid wood bedside table and chest of drawers. The building feature air-conditioned gym on the ground floor with state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment, a dedicated workspace for residents, and a double-height cafe with stained oak panelling and timber terrazzo bar. The roof terrace is reserved for residents, featuring sun loungers, shaded areas, and a heated barbecue area. Guest suites are available for booking, each featuring oak and marble kitchens, bespoke dividers, and design classics, with access to the roof terrace. The building also features communal areas designed in collaboration with a London-based design studio, including oak architraves, Crittall-style doors, and solid timber flooring.
