4 bed detached house
The Coach House is a 4,100 sq ft contemporary home built into a reimagined 19th-century service building. The original structure has been retained and extended to create a residence with a robust industrial fabric, now defined by light, courtyards, and material clarity. The house features a series of internal courtyards with exposed London yellow stock brick walls, bringing natural light deep into the home. A former carriage entrance forms a dramatic threshold, while a self-contained studio offers independent access with its own entrance. The main house has four bedrooms, multiple reception rooms, and multiple mezzanine levels creating layered visual connections and architectural rhythm. Exposed timbers from the former coach house are reused as bespoke bathroom fittings.
