The property consists of 7.71 acres of sloping land with a easterly aspect, divided into informal pasture paddocks. The land is steep in some areas and has direct access from the public highway via a gateway off Ivy Tree Hill. There is a natural water supply on the eastern boundary, and a former water connection on the western boundary that is not currently in use.
