Each room is furnished with a large desk, bed, and wardrobe. There is a spacious and modern communal lounge with a TV, kitchen that includes a dishwasher, 2 ovens, hobs, washing machine, 2 fridges, microwave, and kettle, providing ample cupboard space and each tenant their own personal cupboard. Two freezers are also provided in the kitchen. The building has 2 shower rooms and CCTV coverage at the entrance and in the driveway and parking area, with some off-road parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
