The property is a self-contained en suite room in a HMO property managed by Moovahome. The room is available to move in immediately. The monthly rent includes all bills, including Council Tax, Water, Electric, Gas, WiFi, and communal cleaning. Tenancies are offered for 6 or 12 months. A holding deposit equivalent to one week's rental is required to secure the property, which will be held in the company's client account until the deposit is paid.
