Studio

The property consists of self-contained studios with outdoor communal gardens and gated entry. Each studio is located on one of three floors (no lift) and offers a kitchen with a four-ring halogen hob and oven, a fridge with a freezer box, a microwave, an en-suite shower room and WC, a double bed, a wardrobe, and storage space. The studios are equipped with free laundry facilities and WiFi is included in the rent. The rent also covers bills, but students must provide an exemption for council tax. The studio size is approximately 34.2 square meters.
