The studio room is located on the ground floor, rear of the property, offering a quiet space away from road noise. It features a private shower room with toilet and basin, and a separate sleeping/living area with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, stainless steel sink, and storage cupboards. Tenants have shared access to a kitchen with appliances, laundry facilities, secure outdoor storage, and a rear garden with patio seating. Off-road parking is available for up to five vehicles.
