The Kettleworks development features 292 apartments with luxurious, clean contemporary designs and high attention to detail. Each apartment has a generously proportioned open plan design, including integrated kitchen appliances such as a hob, extractor, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer. The interior design features wood effect flooring in the lounge, bedroom, kitchen, and hallway, as well as luxury vinyl flooring in the bathroom. Bathrooms are equipped with full height wall tiling and a ladder style heated towel rail. Brushed stainless steel and chrome ironmongery is used throughout, as are hardwood veneered entrance and internal doors.
