Chronicle House is a student studio apartment building located within the city walls of Chester city centre, near the cathedral and shopping Rows. The building is a short walk to the University of Chester, or a 7-minute bike ride. Studios come in five varieties: Classic Single Bed, Classic Double Bed, Premium Single Bed, Premium Double Bed, and Deluxe, with varying room sizes and layouts. All studios include a modern kitchen, ensuite bathroom, study area, and smart TV, and range from Classic Single Bed to Deluxe options. On-site amenities include a gym, social area, laundry room, bike storage, WiFi, and utility bills are included.
