The kitchen area is fully equipped with wall and base units, a breakfast bar with stools, an electric hob, oven, extractor hood, sink, and drainer. The bathroom features a towel radiator, shower cubicle, washbasin, and low-level WC. There is also an extra kitchen outside for all tenants to use, which includes washing appliances.
