Land
LL65 4ER
£1 PCM
The property is a 36.36ha bare land holding, with access from a private track that adjoins a minor road, north of Church Bay. It contains a biological Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) due to the rare spotted rock-rose, and the Wales Coastal Path crosses the holding as well as other public rights of way. There is a mains water supply on the land, but no sheds or livestock handling facilities. The tenant will be responsible for maintaining a stock-proof boundary and undertaking fencing works as part of the letting. Supplements such as ring feeders and artificial fertilizers are not permitted, but locally sourced small bales of hay are allowed. The National Trust reserves the right to plant additional trees across the holding.
