Minerva House is a student studio accommodation located in the heart of Nottingham, just a 1-minute walk from Old Market Square. The building offers a range of studios, including single-bed studios and deluxe apartments, with a total of 158 students accommodated annually. Each studio has a floor space of 16-17 square meters and features a single bed, bedside table, study area with chair, kitchen with oven, hob, and fridge, and en-suite shower room, with rent inclusive of all bills, Wi-Fi, bike storage, and access to social and study areas.
