The property consists of 7 studios and 4 bedsits, each with a kitchen work station, kitchen sink and unit with fridge underneath, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, and WC. There are communal kitchens located on the ground floor and the first floor, with separate meters for each studio's electricity. All studios are spacious and have their own meter for their electricity.
