The Premium Plus studio measures 29 sqm and is available for single or double occupancy with a flexible stay of 3-12 months. The studio features a double bed, a 49" Samsung TV, a large en-suite bathroom, a fitted kitchen with a quartz white marble worktop, and a floor to ceiling window that lets in natural light. It also includes a wardrobe, storage, and cupboard space, as well as a kitchen side table and peg rail, Mitsubishi AC temperature control, and energy smart meter.
