The property, named Three Waters, consists of three new buildings situated near the convergence of the River Lea, Bow Creek, and the Limehouse Cut. The structures' traditional red brick façades and pitched roofs reflect the local industrial heritage. The buildings are designed with waterfront living in mind, featuring raised gardens, roof terraces, and private balconies that offer views of the water and the City. All three buildings are strategically positioned for scenic views of the surrounding waterways.
