The Kettleworks is a block of 292 apartments with luxury, open-plan designs featuring wood effect flooring in the living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and hallway. Integrated kitchen appliances include a hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer. The bathrooms have full-height wall tiling and a ladder-style polished chrome heated towel rail. Brushed stainless steel and chrome ironmongery are used throughout, and hardwood veneered entrance doors feature a spy hole, along with hardwood veneered internal doors. Additional features include an audio intercom system and energy-efficient LED down lighters in the kitchen area.
