The residential park homes at Carterton Park are semi-detached, fully electric, and built to or exceeding British Standard 3632. They have 336 square feet of living space, measuring 14 feet wide and 24 feet long, and include features such as smoke and CO2 sensors, fire extinguishers, and double-glazed windows. Each home has its own outside space and is equipped with electric heating, a kitchen with electric oven and hob, a washing machine, and an undercounter fridge. The homes have a 1-bedroom layout with a double bedroom, an en-suite shower room, and a kitchen/dining/living area with a patio door and electric heating.
