The studio features a double bed with a Silentnight mattress, a desk and chair, an armchair, a kitchenette with an integrated fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The bathroom is an en-suite and all utility bills (Gas, Electric, Water, Internet) are included. The property also has shared kitchens, a lounge/dining room, laundry facilities, and front and back gardens. A cleaner will visit every two weeks to clean the communal areas.
