Land

The site is a large, self-contained haulage yard, accessed via a private drive and security barrier from the main road. It is roughly surfaced with hardcore and is regular in shape, located between housing on one side and fields on the other. A temporary building is currently on site, and the boundaries with the housing are secured by palisade fencing.
