Land

The property at High Crook consists of approximately 52.25 ha (129.12 ac) of land, of which 40.66 ha (100.47 ac) is permanent pasture, 10.07 ha (24.90 ac) is meadows, and 1.47 ha (3.63 ac) is woodland providing shelter. The land has varying elevations, from 102 m to 203m above sea level, and is classified as Grade 3, 4, and 5. The boundaries are made of dry-stone walls and post and wire fences, and are maintained regularly. The land is accessible via a roadside and an unclassified road, "Ward Way", which runs through the middle of the property, providing excellent internal access.
