Caeau Ty Mawr comprises approximately 22.4 hectares of conservation grazing land, forming part of two special scientific interest areas and one special area of conservation. The land is designated for grazing, with specific controls in place to manage stocking density and grazing times. Livestock is limited to 12 units, preferably native breed beef cattle, and grazing is permitted only between April 1st and September 30th. A 2-year farm business tenancy agreement is available, commencing April 1st, 2024, with a contiguous area for further potential grazing on an adjacent site.
