St. Marks Court is a premium studio accommodation for NTU and UoN students in Nottingham, featuring 53 standard, large, and luxury studios set over five floors. Each studio is of high specification, with an integrated kitchen, separate ensuite bathroom, and kitchen appliances including an oven, hob, and fridge/freezer. The bathroom includes a large shower, toilet, towel heater, and sink with mirror, along with a vast array of storage and high-spec furniture in the bedroom and living area. The studio includes a double bed, armchair, bedside table, desk, chair, chest of drawers, and wardrobe, as well as a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Laundry facilities are available on site.
