The accommodation at Merchant Studios offers small double beds, under-bed storage, wardrobes, personal study spaces with desks and chairs, and kitchen areas with self-contained cooking facilities. Each studio also includes a bathroom. Some studios can accommodate dual occupancy. Residents have access to shared spaces, including a social communal lounge, an outdoor courtyard, and an onsite gym. Tenants can choose from 44- or 51-week tenancy lengths.
