The property consists of three fields totaling 4 acres, which can be split into paddocks and fenced with electric. The fields have a small sand school/standing area and are available for grazing from May to October. The area has trees for natural shelter, and facilities include a wash-down area from an adjacent building. Mains water is available, and vehicles, including horseboxes, can be parked on site. The fields are suitable for up to four horses.
