The studio includes a full kitchen with air fryer oven, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, and dryer. A modern shower room and double glazing with modern insulation provide comfort and energy efficiency. A large frosted window in the sleeping area allows natural light from the main garden, with blackout curtains for darkness. The studio can be furnished in various ways, including a double sofa bed, antique table, 4K TV, and wardrobe, with additional or alternative furniture available upon request.
