Monkhall Farm is a 364.55 hectare (900.81 acre) holding located in Herefordshire, approximately 1 mile southwest of Callow and 4 miles south of Hereford. The farm is situated in a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone (NVZ) and features predominantly medium clay loam soil, suitable for a rotation of potatoes and combinable crops. The land is divided into arable and permanent grassland areas, with scattered woodland and non-farmed areas. The farm includes a 3,600 tonne potato cold store, 3,400 tonne grain storage, and general storage space. A farmhouse, currently under refurbishment, will have 4 double bedrooms, family bathroom, 2 reception rooms, office space, and meeting room, with an Energy Performance Rating (EPR) expected to be rated Band C upon completion.
