St. Marks Court is a five-story property featuring 53 studios, accessed by lift or stairs. Each studio is of high specification, with an integrated kitchen containing an oven, hob, and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is separate from a modern ensuite bathroom, which includes a large shower, toilet, towel heater, and sink. Studios are fully furnished with a double bed, armchair, bedside table, desk, chair, chest of drawers, and wardrobe, along with a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Laundry facilities are also available on-site.
