The site is a former concrete block-making facility with a single large access ideal for HGVs, shared with another open storage occupier. The site is mainly hard standing and has a large entrance on the south side, alongside a recycling centre, on the B4114 Midland Road. It is located two miles north-west of Nuneaton town centre, with nearby connections to the A5, A444, and M6 motorways.
