The Silk Mill development consists of 119 studio apartments within a converted former silk mill in a peaceful location near Lancaster University and Graduate College. The apartments offer a blend of modern facilities and original period features, with all units having the same facilities and a similar internal fit out, differing only in size, floor, and outlook.
