St. Marks Court is a five-floor property with 53 standard, large, and luxury studios, each accessible by lift or stairs. The units feature integrated kitchens with oven, hob, and fridge/freezer, and every studio has its own ensuite bathroom with a large shower, toilet, towel heater, and sink, as well as significant storage and high-spec furniture. Each studio is equipped with a double bed, armchair, desk, chair, chest of drawers, and wardrobe, and includes a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Laundry facilities are also available.
