Land

The Michaelchurch Estate consists of five parcels of land, including Lot 1 (Cefn Ceist Farmland) covering 147.93 acres, Lot 3 (Bank Farm Land) covering 167.15 acres in two parcels, and Lot 5 (Land at Firs Farm) covering 58.51 acres, all of which are permanent pasture. There are also two separate lots, Lot 2 (Cefn Ceist Yard and Buildings) and Lot 4 (Bank Farm Yard and Buildings), which include a total of approximately 32,353.84 sq ft and 30,990.39 sq ft of various livestock and general purpose buildings, respectively. The land is situated in the Golden Valley area of Herefordshire, near the village of Michaelchurch Escley.
