The studio flat is located on the second floor and is fully furnished. It includes a double bed, a desk, wardrobe, and two sofas. On the same floor, there's access to a shared kitchen with an integrated hob, oven, fridge, and freezer. The shared kitchen is only used by two people. There's also shared access to a bathroom with a shower above the bath, as well as access to a communal garden. Communal on-street parking is available.
