The studio apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full size fridge/freezer, oven, and hob, as well as a built-in wardrobe, desk for home working or studying, and a flat-screen TV on the wall. The en-suite shower room and toilet complete the apartment, which is part of a larger development that includes a communal lounge, gym, movie room, and outside communal space. Residents also have access to bike storage and table tennis facilities in the communal lounge.
