The properties at Carterton Park are semi-detached residential park homes built to or exceeding the British Standard 3632, providing a minimum of 440 square feet of living space. Each home has an outside space and is fully electric with an independent supply. Features of each home include a kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and cupboards; a dining and living area with electric heating and TV points; a master bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, and electric heating; a second bedroom with a single bed, bedside table, and single wardrobe; and a bathroom with a WC, sink, heated towel rail, and shower or bath unit. Homes have double-glazed windows, extractor vents, and smoke and CO2 sensors/fire alarms. The two-bedroom homes are 22 feet wide and 20 feet long, with two home models available, each with its own unique features and interior layout due to the varying British manufacturers of the homes.
