The Premium Plus studio is a spacious 29 sqm room designed for single or double occupancy. It features a double-sized bed, a large en-suite bathroom, a fitted kitchen with quartz white marble worktop, and a cupboard and storage area underneath the bed and seating area. The studio also has a wall mounted 49" Samsung TV, a Mitsubishi AC temperature control unit, and a cupboard and storage area. The kitchen is equipped with a Zanussi hob, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows that flood in natural light and a 250 MBPS broadband connection. The studio comes with regular room cleaning and all utilities are included in the membership.
