The Classic studio is a 22 sqm space that can accommodate single or dual occupancy for stays of 3-12 months. It features a 49" Samsung TV, double-sized bed, large en-suite bathroom, kitchen with quartz white marble worktop and Zanussi appliances, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Storage solutions include a cupboard and storage underneath the bed and seating area. The studio also has a Mitsubishi AC temperature control system and energy smart meter. The space is fully furnished and includes a desk area with minimum clutter to provide a comfortable living experience.
